It was very sad to see an outdated bathroom with cracked caulking, and the beds were as springy as a trampoline, not ideal. I was also surprised that there woudl ve been no tea in the room, given my elevated expectations. Almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't find it in myself.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Absolutely great place with great Wi-Fi and attached restaurant. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the king room, plus a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a cable TV with on-demand films. A wide array of options, fresh food.

Had very nice stay on business trip. It was well-maintained, neat and with a queen bed...

The location is highly convenient, being just a short drive from the Natick Mall. My room was clean and had a lovely view of the sunset, made the evenings enjoyable. The breakfast spread impressed me, with a variety of options including hot items and DIY waffles. Staff members were friendly and ensured the dining area was spacious, so I didn't feel cramped. The bathroom could have used some attention. I noticed some dust and a less-than-ideal water pressure in the shower. It did feel a bit noisy at times, especially with sounds traveling from adjacent rooms. The front desk experience lacked warmth, feeling more like a transaction than a welcome. Checking in felt rigid, especially when I requested an early check-in but was met with a strict response. I appreciated the cleanliness and breakfast quality, but some service issues, along with the noise, made it less than perfect.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 6 nights, yet everything was nice. Good and perfect location for visiting the movies and bars next to the hotel. It was located in a good area. The staff was super friendly and outstandingly accommodating, the service was friendly, they shared some useful information.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the hotel is clean and welcoming. A free breakfast was included which added to the value, but a lot of it was typical 'American' food. Processed foods, high in salt and fat, but free.
Kind of a cool reception by the older front desk personnel, the younger people were full of smiles, and great attitudes though!!!

My room was so close to the elevator I heard a 'ding' everytime the door opened. I was also put next to a children's camp - so the noise was disturbing. The included breakfast was terrible.

Breakfast options were reliable and plentiful, always a solid way to start the day. The variety kept everyone satisfied, and the dining area ensured enough seating for a crowd.
The bathroom left much to be desired with cleanliness and water pressure. The shower barely sprinkled. The room had an old feel, with stiff sheets and worn beds that could use replacement. Lingering odors in the corridors were bothersome , impacting comfort.

The Hampton Inn at Natick is approx 20-25minute drive from Boston so good for exploring the city and surrounding area without having to pay city prices. It is also conveniently located a stones throw from Natick Malls which has shops and restaurants a plenty. Our accomodation consisted of large room with adequate storage and a lovely comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit on the small side but the large power shower more than makes up for that. Overall the accomodation was more than adequate for our 5 night stay and the breakfast only helps sweeten the deal.
Our room at the Hampton Inn did not have fridge or a safety deposit box in which I personally found quite unusual and both were definately missed by us. Reception also werent able to exchange travellers cheques although they were happy to provide me with the details of the nearest bank that could assist with this.

We make a tour of New England, and wanted a hotel outside of Boston. For one night it is ideal: the hotel is well located near the highway, right in front of a huge mall. The room was big & clean. Complimentary breakfast offered a rich choice variety. Maybe a bit to expensive for budget travellers, but to us price/quality felt fair.

From outdated furnishings to small bathrooms, the hotel doesn't meet modern expectations!!! Parking can get tight during busy hours, which adds to the inconvenience!!!

It was a very reasonably priced, very nice hotel close to Wellesley where we will be visiting our daughter over the next 3 years! The room was nice, bed comfortable, close to restaurants and mall - very nice.
The breakfast was average - but it was ok - we were'nt there for the food :)
